This course is designed for Short Food Supply Chain (SFSC) entrepreneurs interested in growing their SFSC, in other words going from a local to a regional business. We aim to make most of the course materials available in the many native languages of Europe.
The course is developed as part of the FAIRCHAIN Project, which is supported by the European Union's Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under the grant agreement No. 101000723.
The whole course will take you 3 to 4 hours to complete.
