The Food Process Validation module will teach trainees about the  protocols, calculations and the predictive microbiology tools in order to validate the food process efficiency to inactivate the undesirables microorganisms, pathogens bacteria and spoilage microorganisms.

*Before starting the Food Process Validation module all trainees must have a deeply knowledge on the production process, on the products characteristics combined with the expertise in food microbiology and analytical sciences to ensure the robustness of the study.
