The Food Process Validation module teaches trainees about the protocols, calculations and the predictive microbiology tools which can be used to validate the efficiency of food processes to inactivate the undesirables microorganisms, pathogens and spoilage flora.
The Food Process Validation module only has an ADVANCED Level. Before starting, all trainees must have a deep knowledge on the production process of food, on the food product characteristics as well as expertise in food microbiology and analytical sciences.
