
This course is designed for Short Food Supply Chain (SFSC) entrepreneurs, primarily producers and processors, interested in using the co-creation process to incorporate innovations into their business and grow it to (part of) an Intermediate Food Supply Chain. Using the case-studies of the FAIRCHAIN project as supporting examples, the course explores the co-creation concept and shows how it can be applied in practice.
The course is developed as part of the FAIRCHAIN Project, which is supported by the European Union's Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under the grant agreement No. 101000723.
The whole course will take you 5 to 6 hours to complete.
