Risk Analysis module will teach trainees about the concept of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and its various components like the exposure assessment by taking into account the cross contamination and the results from challenge test.
The Risk Analysis module only has an ADVANCED Level. Before starting, all trainees must have a deep knowledge on the production process of food, on the food product characteristics as well as expertise in food microbiology and analytical sciences.
