Process Validation module will teach trainees about the concept of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and its various components like the exposure assessment by taking into account the cross contamination and the results from challenge test.
The Process Validation module only has an ADVANCED Level. Before starting all trainees should have a deep knowledge of the production process and the products characteristics combined with the expertise in food microbiology and analytical sciences to ensure the effectiveness of the study. This level contains 3 units. It takes approx. 3.5 hours to complete.
